About The Position
As a Shift Supervisor, you will support operational excellence and strive to consistently exceed customer expectations. You will take the lead, with responsibilities that range from assisting customers to supporting the sports book team. Inspire associates to have fun while delivering a great guest experience. Work as a team player with a passion for continuous learning. Provide recognition and constructive feedback throughout the shift as appropriate. Establish a culture of excellent customer service. Professionally and promptly, respond to all customer concerns or issues. Efficiently resolve conflicts among associates and between customers and associates. Enforce compliance with safety policies and regulations. Communicate with upper management regarding operations and personnel. Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Other duties as assigned. As a Shift Supervisor/Cashier, you will be required to use and navigate a POS terminal to assist in writing the customers requested bet ticket. Be able to explain and assist the customers in answering any betting related questions.
