About The Position

Oversee daily slot operations and ensure the successful performance of slot equipment and gaming activities. Provide exceptional guest service while promoting Bally's Born to Entertain culture and building strong guest relationships. Lead, coach, schedule, and support team members to drive operational excellence and superior guest service. Monitor gaming floor activity, ensuring compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls. Identify and address suspicious, irregular, or operational issues, taking appropriate action when necessary. Troubleshoot slot-related concerns and provide hands-on support to team members and guests. Assist with guest inquiries, departmental projects, regulatory matters, and team member development. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff through ongoing coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move or push equipment weighing up to 500 pounds.
  • Frequently push, pull, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, twist, reach overhead, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Requires visual acuity, peripheral awareness, and manual dexterity to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain slot equipment.
