About The Position

This position is responsible for the maintenance of all electronic gaming equipment to ensure maximum performance and minimize downtime. The technician will perform conversions, moves, and changes to machines on the Casino floor as needed. They will also troubleshoot and repair non-gaming electronic equipment relevant to the slot department. The role requires adherence to state regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Additionally, the technician will provide technical assistance to Slot Attendants, handle guest disputes, protect company assets, and maintain a good working relationship with the State Police.

Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Responsibilities

Maintenance of all electronic gaming equipment to ensure maximum performance and minimize down time.
Perform conversions, moves and changes to machines on the Casino floor as needed.
Troubleshoot and repair all non-gaming electronic equipment relative to the slot department.
Observe and follow all state regulations, internal controls and company policies and procedures.
Provide professional technical assistance to Slot Attendants by performing machine and bill validator repairs beyond their ability when needed.
Maintain good working relationship with State Police.
Handle guests dispute and protect company funds and assets.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Other duties may be assigned.
