About The Position

This role oversees daily slot operations, ensuring the successful performance of slot equipment and gaming activities. The Supervisor provides exceptional guest service, promotes the company culture, and builds strong guest relationships. They lead, coach, schedule, and support team members to drive operational excellence and superior guest service. The position involves monitoring gaming floor activity for compliance, identifying and addressing operational issues, and troubleshooting slot-related concerns. The Supervisor also assists with guest inquiries, departmental projects, regulatory matters, and team member development through training, mentoring, and evaluation.

Requirements

  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move or push equipment weighing up to 500 pounds.
  • Ability to frequently push, pull, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, twist, reach overhead, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Requires visual acuity, peripheral awareness, and manual dexterity to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain slot equipment.
  • Works in a fast-paced casino environment with exposure to bright lights, loud noise, and high-pressure situations.

  • Provide exceptional guest service while promoting Bally's Born to Entertain culture and building strong guest relationships.
  • Lead, coach, schedule, and support team members to drive operational excellence and superior guest service.
  • Monitor gaming floor activity, ensuring compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
  • Identify and address suspicious, irregular, or operational issues, taking appropriate action when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot slot-related concerns and provide hands-on support to team members and guests.
  • Assist with guest inquiries, departmental projects, regulatory matters, and team member development.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff through ongoing coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
