About The Position

In addition to performing the duties of a therapist (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, OTA, or TR), the Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is a licensed therapist who assists with planning, implementing, and evaluating department operations and activities and provides leadership for a rehabilitation entity. The supervisor helps assure quality service, patient and Mission Partner satisfaction, compliance with current policies and procedures and regulatory standards, and fiscal responsibility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a therapy specialty or a business/management-related field.
Three years of clinical experience in an acute care and/or outpatient facility.
Two years of progressively more responsible related work experience to gain full knowledge of therapeutic treatments, develop individually tailored treatment programs, maintain a caseload of complex cases, and lead and direct Mission Partners.
State licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapist Assistant, Speech Pathologist, or Therapeutic Recreation professional.
CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership experience.
Valid state driver’s license, as verified through the respective state Department of Motor Vehicles driving record abstract.
