The Recreation Supervisor works directly with the Director of Recreation to support the Recreation Department as a whole. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 Year resort recreation or related field required

Nice To Haves

  • Water park experience preferred
  • Associate or College degree preferred
  • Supervisor experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Recreation Manager and/or Recreation Assistant Manager with all aspects of running the Recreation Department
  • Staff scheduling, training, and mentoring team members
  • Monitoring hours worked
  • Invoicing
  • Keeping the department up to date with staff requests
  • Processing other clerical documentation
  • Monthly safety inspections/talks
  • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards
  • Carries out reasonable requests of management
