The Recreation Supervisor works directly with the Director of Recreation to support the Recreation Department as a whole. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Minimum 1 Year resort recreation or related field required
Nice To Haves
- Water park experience preferred
- Associate or College degree preferred
- Supervisor experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Recreation Manager and/or Recreation Assistant Manager with all aspects of running the Recreation Department
- Staff scheduling, training, and mentoring team members
- Monitoring hours worked
- Invoicing
- Keeping the department up to date with staff requests
- Processing other clerical documentation
- Monthly safety inspections/talks
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards
- Carries out reasonable requests of management
