About The Position

Broadridge is hiring a Supervisor Production for its South Windsor, Connecticut location. The role ensures client service-level agreements and SEC and contractual requirements are met cost-effectively. The supervisor prioritizes client mailings, monitors production lines to maximize throughput and manage labor costs, and coordinates resources across departments while maintaining quality standards. The position also oversees production-floor labor, operator training, equipment and workflow readiness, inventory levels, preventive maintenance coordination, and communication of priorities between shifts. The shift is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and alternate Wednesdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The salary range is $68,000 to $74,000.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of supervisory experience.
3–5 years of print maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure client Service Level Agreements are met in the most cost-efficient manner.
Prioritize production-floor client mailings to meet SEC and contractual requirements.
Monitor production lines to maximize throughput and manage labor costs.
Coordinate resources across departments to maximize efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.
Ensure operators receive appropriate technical, quality, and ISO training.
Oversee production-floor labor and use outside temporary agencies to adjust staffing as volume dictates.
Assign work to machines to minimize downtime and ensure jobs are routed to appropriate machines; monitor and maximize machine throughput.
Cross-train Production Operations associates to reduce labor costs and place associates on appropriate equipment.
Plan, monitor, and schedule labor to match workflow volume needs.
Prepare the following shift to operate efficiently and communicate priorities verbally and through daily email turnovers.
Monitor parts inventory by setting minimum and maximum limits and coordinating with part vendors as needed.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for equipment with Operations.
