About The Position

At HCW Hospitality, the Banquet Supervisor leads the banquet team and helps ensure every event is executed smoothly, with attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction. The role coordinates with clients, event planners, and other departments; oversees event setup, service, and breakdown; manages logistics and timelines; responds to guest concerns; and supports compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards. The supervisor may also take on additional duties assigned by management to support hotel operations.

Requirements

• Experience in banquet or event operations; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to outstanding service and creating exceptional events.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
