About The Position

As a Banquet Supervisor, you’ll lead our banquet team, ensuring that every detail is perfect and every guest is delighted. Your leadership will create memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression. As a Banquet Supervisor, you’ll ensure our events run seamlessly. In this role, you will supervise banquet staff, providing direction, support, and training. You will coordinate with clients, event planners, and other departments to ensure event success. You will oversee room setups, service, and breakdowns, maintaining high standards of quality. You will manage event logistics, ensuring timelines are met and details are executed flawlessly. You will address and resolve guest concerns, providing exceptional service at all times. You will ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards. You will take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

Requirements

• Experience in banquet or event operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding service and creating exceptional events.
• The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
