About The Position

The Supervisor, Production Assembly manages and oversees a department and team within the production process. The role coordinates team activities to meet production and safety goals, inspects output for quality and accuracy, and maintains time and production records. The supervisor trains and coaches associates on production standard operating procedures, safe work practices, and housekeeping procedures. The position also supports employee morale and positive workplace relationships, addresses absenteeism and performance, recommends process or equipment improvements, and controls scrap and waste. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Two years of experience supervising others and maintaining efficient and productive work groups.
Skills in developing, communicating, and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with and among employees.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and all levels of management.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a practical, methodical way while preserving a sense of urgency.
Solid computer skills, including data entry, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities
