About The Position

The Assembly Night Production Supervisor has broad responsibility for night-shift assembly operations across all product-line work centers at Air Products’ St. Louis Membrane Solutions manufacturing facility. The facility assembles, tests, and ships air separation modules from 1 to 8 inches in diameter for aerospace, nitrogen, dehydration, and process-gas applications. As assembly is the final production step before products reach customers, the supervisor is accountable for build quality, test integrity, and documentation accuracy for safety-critical products. The role leads and coordinates approximately 20–24 production technicians and Team Leads, with accountability for safe, efficient, high-quality operations, productivity, training and development, engagement, and employee relations. The supervisor coordinates with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Continuous Improvement teams; supports corrective actions and new product introductions; and independently balances production priorities across work centers. Responsibilities also include developing Team Leads, building technician capability, and executing structured shift handoffs that clearly communicate production status, equipment issues, safety concerns, quality holds, and in-process work.
