About The Position
The Supervisor, Production Assembly manages a department and team within the production process. The role coordinates the team’s work to meet production and safety goals, ensures output is accurate and meets quality standards, maintains time and production records, and estimates production material needs while managing inventory. The supervisor teaches and enforces company safety policies, works with team members and management to improve production and safety, helps resolve team conflicts, and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs.

- Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process.
- Coordinate team activities to accomplish established production and safety goals.
- Manage and inspect the team’s output to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain time and production records.
- Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
- Teach company safety policies and enforce safety regulations with a goal of zero incidents.
- Collaborate with the team and management to identify and implement improvements to production and safety.
- Help mediate and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
