About The Position
Baptist Health Medical Group Patient Access Supervisor (Front Office Supervisor) Primary Care Shelbyville Road area Full time/First shift. Baptist Health Medical Group Patient Access Supervisor Surgical Associates St. Matthews area Full Time/First Shift. Supervises clerical and medical assistant staff to ensure quality medical office standards. Training, quality control, policy and procedure development and customer service skills required for multiple convenient care clinics. Also responsible for close coordination with management staff as well as staffing, scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory, institutional processes, and maintaining routine safety procedures.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent required.
- Medical office, clerical and computer experience required.
- Valid Kentucky driver’s license and proof of active auto insurance required.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory responsibility or proven leadership abilities recommended.
