Supervisor - Oncology Clinical Services
About The Position
The Supervisor-Clinical Services is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and coordination of clinical program operations, supporting high-quality patient care, caregiver engagement, and operational effectiveness. The role provides frontline supervision of clinical staff, facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration, monitors program performance, and assists leadership in achieving quality, financial, staffing, and patient experience goals. The Supervisor serves as a clinical resource, mentor, and advocate for caregivers while ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN.
- Two years of nursing experience.
- Obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed, and meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire or within 30 days of hire.
