About The Position

The Supervisor of Community Education/EDC oversees the Extended Day Care program and summer camps. The position requires knowledge and successful experience working with school-aged children, familiarity with Extended Day Care rules and regulations, and experience leading and supervising staff. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. A college degree is preferred, with Business, Recreation, or Management strongly preferred. The position is based at the Masonville Building and is available as soon as possible, pending clearance. Salary is $72,000–$82,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits are offered.

Requirements

• Knowledge and successful experience working with school-aged children.
• Knowledge of Extended Day Care rules and regulations.
• Experience operating summer camps.
• Experience in leadership and supervision of staff.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
