About The Position

Selene Holdings is a multi-line business financial services firm with mortgage servicing, loan diligence, title, insurance brokerage, and real estate owned businesses. Founded in 2007 to address needs in the mortgage industry, Selene aims to provide positive client and borrower experiences. The Supervisor - Loss Mitigation leads daily team activities and supports staff performance, development, borrower communications, and compliance. Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance, track attendance, and conduct monthly and annual performance reviews.
• Handle escalated borrower inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coach team members and develop remediation plans for underperforming employees.
• Lead new-hire training and support ongoing staff development.
• Recommend and implement procedural improvements to enhance department effectiveness.
• Respond to investor inquiries and support staff with inbound and outbound borrower communications.
• Assist in monitoring reports for compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate daily team activities and promote engagement and productivity.
• Participate in presentations for investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate departmental strategies and updates to team members and leadership.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
