About The Position
Selene Holdings is a multi-lines business financial services firm that includes mortgage servicing, loan diligence, title, insurance brokerage, and real estate owned businesses. Founded in 2007 to address needs in the mortgage industry, the company aims to provide positive experiences for clients and borrowers. The Supervisor - Loss Mitigation oversees team performance and daily activities, handles escalated borrower concerns, coaches and develops employees, supports training, and helps improve department procedures. The role also supports investor and regulatory compliance activities and participates in presentations to investors, auditors, and other stakeholders. This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities
- Monitor team performance, track attendance, and conduct monthly and annual performance reviews.
- Handle escalated borrower inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coach team members and develop remediation plans for underperforming employees.
- Lead new-hire training and support ongoing staff development.
- Recommend and implement procedural improvements to enhance department effectiveness.
- Respond to investor inquiries and support staff with inbound and outbound borrower communications.
- Assist in monitoring reports to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate daily team activities and ensure team engagement and productivity.
- Participate in presentations for investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate departmental strategies and updates to team members and leadership.
