About The Position

This seasonal, part-time position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The Supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization.

The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
