About The Position

The Helper Coordinator Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role establishes and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training; and ensures employees comply with applicable safety policies and procedures. The role manages department resources to support output, accuracy, and efficiency, promotes a positive team-oriented work environment, and supports employees’ ongoing development through orientation, training, evaluations, and coaching.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
