About The Position

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The Supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position manages department resources and supports employee development through orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans. It promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and ensures compliance with applicable safety policies and requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
