About The Position

Our Fleet Supervisor administers all activities relating to motor vehicles and equipment including powered construction equipment, towable compressors, trailers, etc.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 1 year of experience working around heavy equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills
Ability to communicate at varying levels with field, senior management and corporate staff
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Understanding of third party maintenance and regulatory compliance programs
Task/Result oriented
Ability to implement and drive change management
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

Work with Area leaders to ensure fleet and equipment needs are met
Maintain all local/state/federal regulatory compliance and reporting as it relates to the fleet and equipment
Ensure vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance programs are followed, timely approval and completion of service, per preventive maintenance schedules, is met
Maintain and reviews maintenance file records
Perform regular gate check inspections to ensure safety and image standards
Communicate effectively with drivers and equipment operators ensuring compliance with NPL fleet and equipment policies
Perform other duties as requested by leadership
