About The Position

We are looking for a driven and experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our Transportation team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our fleet operations — overseeing daily execution, ensuring DOT compliance, managing drivers, and partnering closely with our account and safety teams to deliver results. This is a full-time, exempt position with opportunities to make a direct impact across multiple customer accounts. We are hiring in two key markets — Northwest Arkansas and the Kansas City/Riverside, MO area. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Transportation (fleet operations, logistics, or related field)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Sound judgment and safety-conscious mindset
  • Valid Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree (4-year college or technical school)

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of asset-based fleet operations including dispatching, load planning, and cost control
  • Manage vendor negotiations and oversee preventative maintenance programs
  • Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and all company policies and procedures
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard fleet personnel including DOT Truck Drivers
  • Collaborate with Safety and HR teams to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Partner with account teams on business reviews, customer meetings, and pricing proposals
  • Monitor and achieve logistics KPIs and customer requirements
  • Problem-solve operational challenges and complete ad-hoc analyses as needed
