Supervisor Environmental Services - Cabarrus (Full Time) 3rd Shift
About The Position
The Supervisor Environmental Services coordinates and directs routine and non-routine Environmental Services operations for an assigned area or shift. The role orients and trains assigned teammates, prepares schedules, resolves work-related staffing issues, and performs Environmental Services assignments. It also prepares, processes, or maintains records, reports, forms, and other documents, and assumes responsibility for the operation and care of departmental equipment used by assigned teammates. This is a full-time, third-shift position scheduled from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with rotating weekends. The position is based at Atrium Health Cabarrus and is listed at 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of one year of institutional housekeeping required.
- Applicants must undergo a physical ability test as a condition of employment.
- Physical ability to continuously walk, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull, reach, and climb ladders.
