About The Position

The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day functioning and coordination of the Mobile Primary Care Van service. This includes supporting clinical providers, clinical duties as assigned, program development, operations, and evaluation; working closely with internal and external partners to facilitate successful program delivery; assuring data is collected required, and that Community Medicine goals are met.

Requirements

Minimum of two years' experience in community program administration and leadership.
Proven record of partnering with community and government agencies.
Experience leading a team either directly or indirectly.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
A graduate of a recognized Medical Office Assistant Program or Hold current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
Two years’ experience in program administration, program leadership or coordination, etc. required.
Public speaking, group facilitation and excellent writing skills required.
Access to personal vehicle.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evening/weekends as needed.
Strong working knowledge of community, state, and federal programs.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
Ability to relate and manage people like and different from self.
Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments.
Ability to facilitate meetings and make community presentations.
Skill in collaborating with community and government agencies.
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Team player.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in public health preferred.
