About The Position

A supervisory position responsible for independently coordinating and directing complex and specialized clinic operational duties and staff. Accountable for the optimization of the clinic support service workflow. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the support processes and procedures required in support of a clinical department. Assists in formulating strategies for monitoring and assuring quality and quality improvement. Responsible for hiring and disciplinary processes in conjunction with the department manager. Requirements

5 years front office experience in a medical clinic setting, with lead or supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

Graduate of a secretarial program or Associate's Degree
1 year of leadership experience
