About The Position
Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic & compassionate full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established Colorectal Surgery Team! In this primarily office-based position, the APRN will closely work alongside our colorectal surgeons to provide a broad spectrum of patient care, including but not limited to evaluating new & existing patients, performing simple office-based procedures, providing post operative & wound care, triaging patient phone calls, overseeing medication management, and stoma care.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed RN in the state of Connecticut
- Must have a Master's Degree in Nursing
- Must have current Connecticut APRN license
- Must have current DEA registration
- Must have current CT Controlled Substance Registration
- Must have current BLS certification
- Must have 1-2 years of experience as an APRN
- Experience in surgical or acute care setting preferred
