About The Position

Gemma Services is currently seeking an Executive on Duty for our Children's Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program. The Executive on Duty is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Children’s Residential Treatment program and staff on shift and ensuring that the program and facility are operating in compliance with all established policies, procedures, and regulations. This role participates in the implementation of strategies to achieve goals assigned to the department as established in the organization’s annual operating plan. The Executive on Duty ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; communicates with appropriate management and staff personnel; and provides periodic reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required
• A minimum of two (2) years related experience required, including management experience

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred
