About The Position

For more than 15 years, New Reflexions has been helping children and young people overcome challenges, build confidence and create brighter futures. We are looking for caring, resilient people to join our team. No previous care experience is required, as we will provide all necessary training. This role involves helping young people build confidence, independence, and life skills. The daily tasks are varied and engaging, ensuring no two shifts are the same. This is a hands-on role focused on real-life interactions and making a significant impact on the lives of children.

Requirements

• A Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• The right to work in the UK.
• A positive attitude.
• A calm head when things get challenging.
• A genuine belief that every young person deserves the chance to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Help young people build confidence, independence, and life skills.
• Engage in activities such as playing football, getting creative, supporting young people in the community, assisting with education, cooking dinner together, and going on activities.
• Have conversations that can change a young person's day.
• Show up for children who need us most.
