About The Position

The Residential Supervisor is a full-time position on the Main Campus in Napoleon, OH. This role is responsible for overseeing resident care and programs, managing Direct Support Professional staff, and ensuring quality services. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including occasional meetings and the ability to work the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

Requirements

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have good communication, computer and writing skills.
• Excellent attendance record and performance evaluations.
• Must be able to drive Filling Home Vehicles.
• Must be willing to swim with residents, as needed.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience working with DD population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assigns responsibilities for resident care and IHP programs to all Direct Support Professional staff.
• Orients, supervises and evaluates work performance and other personnel issues of all Direct Support staff.
• Schedules DSPs within the assigned living unit to ensure resident safety, supervision and quality services.
• Assists the QIDP in monitoring IHP goals, programs and related services.
• Review and monitor documentation on Care Tracker.
• Will work under the supervision of the QIDPs and Amy Krassow, Director of ICF Services.
