Superintendent -- New Build Steakhouse/Casual Dining -- Travel (Food Service)
About The Position
Kelley Construction is a multi-faceted commercial and industrial general contractor licensed to perform work in many states across the United States. We offer a wealth of technical expertise in all areas of commercial construction including: restaurants, medical facilities, warehousing, fast food chains, large design-build expansions and general office renovation. We also have broad experience in industrial construction, from liquid storage and containment and petroleum related construction to pre-engineered metal buildings and concrete construction. This position manages resources and subcontractors safety, efficiency, and productivity. It provides overall multi-site administrative and technical management for maintenance and project work at clients facilities.
Requirements
- 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent is strongly desired
- Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customer and architects
- Strong managerial skills
- Experience in concrete, framing and finish carpentry
- Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software
- Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid drivers license
- Team player
- Must be able to Travel
