About The Position

Western Alliance Bank’s Summer Internship Program provides undergraduate students with real-world experience in Commercial Banking. Interns work on challenging projects in their area of study, collaborate with experienced professionals and other interns, and receive support from a mentor. The program is paid and lasts 10 weeks, with business projects, mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities. It runs from June through August, with flexible dates available to accommodate school schedules. Interns who perform well and demonstrate the company’s values may be considered for employment opportunities after the program.

Requirements

Currently enrolled undergraduate student in a related field of study.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
Interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; employment-based immigration sponsorship and assistance with OPT or CPT are not provided.
