About The Position

Western Alliance Bank’s Summer Internship Program provides undergraduate students with real-life experience in a professional banking environment. Interns work on challenging projects in their area of study, alongside experienced professionals, and receive support from a mentor. This paid, 10-week program includes business projects, mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities. It runs June through August, with flexible dates available to accommodate school schedules. High-performing interns who demonstrate the company’s values may be offered future employment opportunities. The position is intended for individuals interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking. Requirements

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a related field of study.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
Interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; the program does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship or support for OPT or CPT.
