About The Position

Launch your career with Western Alliance Bank in its Summer Internship Program. Interns gain real-life experience and work on challenging projects in their area of study, with support from a mentor. They work alongside professionals in a fast-paced setting and apply knowledge and skills gained through their education. This is a paid, 10-week internship in a collaborative environment with other interns. The program includes business projects, mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities. The program is intended for people interested in Commercial Banking careers.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a related field of study.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, and CPT assistance are not provided.
