About The Position
Western Alliance Bank’s Summer Internship Program offers undergraduate students real-world experience and exposure to the Commercial Banking industry. Interns work on challenging projects in their area of study, alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, with support from a mentor. The paid program lasts 10 weeks and runs from June through August, with flexible dates based on school schedules. It includes business projects, mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities. Interns who perform well and demonstrate the company’s values may be considered for future employment opportunities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a related field of study.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
- Interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis; the program does not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship or support for OPT or CPT.
