About The Position

Western Alliance Bank is hiring an intern for its Summer 2027 Internship Program in SM Analytics in Westlake Village, California. The paid, 10-week program runs from June through August, with flexible dates based on school schedules. Interns work on challenging projects in their area of study, alongside experienced professionals, and receive support from a mentor. The program includes business projects, mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities in a collaborative, fast-paced professional setting. The internship is aimed at individuals interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking. High-performing interns who demonstrate the company’s values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion, and excellence may be considered for future employment opportunities. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; the company does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship or support for OPT or CPT.

Requirements

Currently enrolled undergraduate student in a related field of study.
GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
Interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis; employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, and CPT support are not available.
