About The Position
This internship focuses on leveraging AI tools to enhance and automate workflows within the Learning & Development team. The intern will audit existing processes, explore AI for content creation and management, and develop resources to support employee adoption of new AI-enabled learning solutions. The goal is to improve efficiency, accessibility, and the overall learner experience.
Requirements

- Familiarity with AI tools and content-generation platforms

- Strong presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Audit current training & learning workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Use AI tools to accelerate course design, microlearning development, and content updates
- Build intelligent knowledge repositories and searchable learning libraries
- Automate training communications and reminder workflows
- Develop prompt libraries for instructional design efficiency
- Explore AI-enabled personalization for learning pathways
- Create documentation and adoption guides for employee use
