Requirements
- Current undergraduate or graduate student with a strong interest in real estate development
- Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; exposure to mapping software is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, and willing to ask thoughtful questions
- High-performing student with a strong academic track record

Responsibilities
- Learn and experience the real estate development process end-to-end
- Assist with underwriting new multifamily development opportunities
- Conduct market research including rents, impact fees, and sales comps
- Help manage the deal pipeline and broker tracking system
- Support due diligence efforts, including organizing and leveling consultant proposals, and tracking soft cost contracts
- Assist with mapping work by analyzing market rents by submarket
- Support with presentation materials
- Participate in internal team, consultant, and broker meetings.
- Participate in market comp tours and site visits
