Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student with a strong interest in real estate development
• Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Curious, proactive, and willing to ask thoughtful questions
• High-performing student with a strong academic track record

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to mapping software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Learn and experience the real estate development process end-to-end
• Assist with underwriting new multifamily development opportunities
• Conduct market research including rents, impact fees, and sales comps
• Help manage the deal pipeline and broker tracking system
• Support due diligence efforts, including organizing and leveling consultant proposals, and tracking soft cost contracts
• Assist with mapping work by analyzing market rents by submarket
• Support with presentation materials
• Participate in internal team, consultant, and broker meetings
• Participate in market comp tours and site visits
