About The Position

This summer internship focuses on leveraging AI tools to enhance training and learning workflows within the Learning & Development team. The intern will identify automation opportunities, use AI for course design and content creation, build knowledge repositories, automate communications, and explore personalized learning pathways. The goal is to reduce development time, increase content accessibility, improve learner experience, and embed sustainable AI practices into L&D operations.

Requirements

  • Interest in Organizational Development, Education, HR, Business, or Technology
  • Familiarity with AI tools and content-generation platforms
  • Systems thinker with curiosity about how people learn
  • Strong presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Audit current training & learning workflows and identify automation opportunities
  • Use AI tools to accelerate course design, microlearning development, and content updates
  • Build intelligent knowledge repositories and searchable learning libraries
  • Automate training communications and reminder workflows
  • Develop prompt libraries for instructional design efficiency
  • Explore AI-enabled personalization for learning pathways
  • Create documentation and adoption guides for employee use
