About The Position

Beacon Capital Partners is seeking members of the Class of 2028 for a ten-week summer internship in its acquisitions group at the Boston office. Interns will assist with valuing office properties across domestic markets in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-driven environment. The role includes underwriting potential acquisitions, preparing financial analysis for negotiation decisions and due diligence, helping prepare investment memoranda for the firm’s Investment Committee, and analyzing current market conditions. Interns will also gain exposure to leasing and other portfolio management decisions and assist with dispositions of currently owned properties. Prior real estate experience is not required. Compensation is $2,000 bi-weekly.
