Summer Internship - Acquisitions
About The Position
Beacon Capital Partners is seeking members of the Class of 2028 for a ten-week summer internship in the acquisitions group at its Boston office. Interns will assist with valuing office properties across domestic markets in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-driven environment. The role provides exposure to leasing and other portfolio management decisions, as well as dispositions of currently owned properties. Candidates should submit a resume and brief (25–50 word) responses to application questions by Monday, November 9th. Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis. The internship pays $2,000 bi-weekly. Beacon Capital Partners is a private real estate investment firm focused on office and life science properties in core markets. Responsibilities
- Assist with valuation of office properties across domestic markets.
- Underwrite potential acquisitions.
- Provide financial analysis supporting negotiation decisions and due diligence.
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda for the firm’s Investment Committee.
- Analyze current market conditions.
- Gain exposure to leasing and other portfolio management decisions.
- Assist with dispositions of Beacon’s currently owned properties.
