About The Position

True Companies is a family of businesses headquartered in Casper, Wyoming, with operations across the Rocky Mountain region in energy, transportation, agriculture, and property management. The full-time, onsite internship is based in Casper and provides hands-on experience connecting students’ education to real-world work through office collaboration and field visits. Interns gain exposure to multiple industries, work on meaningful projects, and build connections with industry professionals and company leaders through mentorship, collaboration, and networking opportunities.

Internship opportunities are available in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Geology, Agribusiness, Engineering, Computer Science, and Sales. At the end of the internship, interns create and present a Capstone Presentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to live in or relocate to the Casper area for the duration of the internship.
• English fluency, verbal and written.
• Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check, and drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department-specific tasks such as data analysis, research, and content creation.
• Support team projects by preparing reports, compiling data, and creating presentations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Attend team meetings, training, and networking events to gain industry insight.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support departmental operations.
• Create and present a Capstone Presentation at the end of the internship.
