About The Position

Marsh is hiring Summer Interns for its Risk Early Career Program, within the Analytics Solutions team. The 10-week internship is based in New York or Chicago, is hybrid with at least three office days per week, and is anticipated to begin in June 2027. Under close supervision, interns research economic factors related to risk evaluation, participate in assessing client risk and insurance programs, and support the development of analytical tools that help clients assess and mitigate risk. Analytics Solutions is Marsh Risk’s specialized actuarial and predictive modeling team. It provides strategic advice and customized analyses to help clients understand, quantify, and manage complex risks. Interns gain exposure to product intelligence and design, project execution and delivery, analysis, research and data, and analytics sales and distribution. The program includes a cohort community, learning and development opportunities, mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, networking, and a capstone presentation to the team and senior leadership. High-performing students nearing graduation may be considered for a full-time opportunity after the internship.
