About The Position

The Summer Intern works in one area of the business or across teams such as Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Special Events, and Warehouse & Delivery to learn about the alcohol distribution industry. This structured internship provides students with exposure to the wine and spirits industry and broad experience in the relationships among marketing, sales, and distribution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience.
• Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Strong written and verbal communication, persuasion, motivation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and software applications related to job functions.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical and problem-solving, problem-management, presentation-development, presentation, and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of teams to become familiar with all aspects of the company.
• Participate in training, on-site meetings, and department-wide learning opportunities as available.
• Assist with On-Premise Surveys.
• Support the team with additional projects assigned and defined by the student's specific learning goals.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
