About The Position

Fiserv is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its Restaurant Depot field sales team to introduce Clover, a cloud-based commerce platform and point-of-sale solution, to restaurant owners in the Kansas City, Missouri area. This is a 100% hunter and field-based role involving face-to-face outreach, prospecting, consultative selling, and customer relationship development. The representative will demonstrate Clover’s payment, operations, and online ordering solutions, close sales, install systems at client locations, and provide hands-on training. The role requires travel within the Kansas City area and collaboration with Restaurant Depot locations. Candidates must have valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
At least 2 years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
At least 2 years of experience independently generating leads.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Reliable transportation.
Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future are not considered.

Nice To Haves

3 years of sales experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Proficient technical skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage business owners and restaurateurs at Restaurant Depot locations through face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build relationships and schedule in-person appointments at clients’ restaurants or businesses to demonstrate Clover and explain how it can streamline operations and boost revenue.
Use product knowledge and personalized consultative selling strategies to educate prospective customers about POS systems and online ordering platforms, convert leads, and drive sales growth.
Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training to support smooth integration and effective use.
Uphold Fiserv’s core values and ethical standards while fostering genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
Travel within the Kansas City, Missouri area and collaborate with Restaurant Depot locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.
