About The Position

The Program Management Office Intern has basic working experience, preferably with Pension/Government projects or on multiple projects/teams, utilizing multiplatform technologies, blended teams of clients, third party solution vendors and testing vendors. Ability to become a strong team contributor with the ability to assist project teams to meet their goals. Support Production Support and Infrastructure Project Management activities.

• Ability to learn Requirement gathering/analysis skills
• Ability to learn to effectively assess and manage multiple concurrent tasks of varying priority

• Experienced in MS Office Suite/Project/SharePoint
• Experienced with Azure Dev Ops
• Use of Visio or other drawing tools
• Studying for or an undergraduate Degree in Information Technology or Business
• Experience in the discipline of project/product management
• Experience with agile projects for pension processing, financial transaction or similar enterprise solution technology systems
• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in an accredited college, university or law school.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate necessary internal and external meetings and prepare any necessary meeting minutes and/or status reports
• Follow up and document tasks status
• Create draft project schedules for Project Manager review and finalization
