Project Management Operations Intern Summer 2026
About The Position
Westinghouse is seeking a Project Management Operations Intern for the Summer of 2026. This paid, full-time, hybrid position will report to the Projects Sr. Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. The intern will support the Taiwan Program Manager and Project Managers with various project-related tasks, including presentation preparation, schedule coordination, action item closure, meeting coordination, risk review support, and report generation. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to Westinghouse's mission of providing clean energy solutions and gain valuable experience in project management within the nuclear energy industry.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Completed Sophomore year of college
- Competency using Microsoft applications
Responsibilities
- Support Taiwan Program Manager with customer presentation preparation.
- Work with Project Controls with high-level schedules (multi-project and site).
- Coordinate/closure of high-level action items.
- Support Taiwan Project Managers with coordinating project update meetings.
- Preparation for monthly project review meetings.
- Risk Review support.
- Healthy Start Reviews.
- Complete action items from internal/external sources.
- Reply to information requests with accurate information.
- Offer preparation and review of technical write-ups.
- Use computer systems, spreadsheets, or databases to prepare reports, memos, and documents.
- Draft minutes of meetings with internal stakeholders/advisors for review.

- Hourly rate estimated to be $18.70 to $27.50 per hour
