About The Position

As a Reworld intern, you’ll take part in meaningful, hands-on projects that drive Reworld’s business of transforming waste into value. Interns contribute to real sustainability initiatives while learning from experienced professionals who lead with safety, integrity, and customer focus. You’ll be encouraged to share ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take accountability for impactful work that supports a smarter, more sustainable future.

The internship includes opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals and leaders, explore Reworld’s service lines, and participate in leadership sessions, skill-building workshops, facility tours, and networking opportunities. Interns also assist with day-to-day plant operations.

The internship start dates listed are Tuesday, May 24, 2027, and Monday, June 7, 2027. The pay range for the primary location is $17.12–$22.74 per hour.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Motivated self-starter passionate about sustainability and interested in learning about innovative waste solutions.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, safety-oriented environment.
