Amdocs is a leading provider of software and services to communications and media companies. We are seeking students in a 3- or 4-year program to join the Customer Success team. In this role, interns will support complex business and operational programs & processes through data analysis, automation, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions. The selected candidates will contribute to structuring and supporting Amdocs Customer Success program. In particular, supporting outcome driven customer engagements, GenAI projects & initiatives, Voice of the Customer, business reviews and customer value creation. These projects and programs are key strategic priorities that requires ongoing operational support, data tracking, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
