About The Position

Amdocs is a leading provider of software and services to communications and media companies. We help our customers transform through innovation in cloud, 5G, and AI, delivering next-generation digital experiences. We are seeking students in a 3- or 4-year program to join the Customer Success team. In this role, interns will support complex business and operational programs & processes through data analysis, automation, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions. The selected candidates will contribute to structuring and supporting Amdocs Customer Success program. In particular, supporting outcome driven customer engagements, GenAI projects & initiatives, Voice of the Customer, business reviews and customer value creation. These projects and programs are key strategic priorities that requires ongoing operational support, data tracking, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in Business Operations, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Interest in operations, process improvement, data, and Generative AI automation.
  • Advanced or growing proficiency in Excel.
  • Self-learner and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support complex business and operational programs & processes through data analysis, automation, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Contribute to structuring and supporting Amdocs Customer Success program.
  • Support outcome driven customer engagements, GenAI projects & initiatives, Voice of the Customer, business reviews and customer value creation.
  • Break down complex business and operational processes into clear, structured tasks and tracking mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based resource and operations trackers using advanced formulas and functions.
  • Support process automation and AI initiatives, including the use of Copilot, Copilot agents, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Utilize operational platforms (e.g., QuickBase) to support business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business, finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment and execution.
