About The Position

Mizuho | Greenhill’s ten-week Summer Analyst program provides students with experience working for a global bank that is expanding its presence in the United States. The program immerses analysts in the daily activities of the firm’s groups, where they help senior bankers deliver client solutions across the product suite. Approximately 75 students are hired annually across the country, with the goal of hiring each intern as a full-time analyst after graduation. The New York placement is with the Capital Solutions & Restructuring team. During the program, Summer Analysts take on responsibilities similar to those of Full-Time Analysts, working alongside senior bankers on live projects for existing and prospective clients, including financing and advisory transactions. Analysts attend a one-week intensive training program in New York focused on financial analysis, accounting, and valuation, and continue developing through project work and organized networking opportunities with peers, mentors, and senior bankers.
